Mogging dictionary: mogged, PSL, sub5, aura, frame

Looksmaxxing has its own dialect. If you're new to the feed, half of it reads as gibberish. Here's a clean glossary you can actually use.
The core words
The vocabulary you'll see in every clip:
- Mog / mogged — to visually outclass; 'he mogs him' = he looks better in the frame
- PSL — an 8-point rating scale (Perfect, Slayer, Legend etc.) from an old forum
- Sub5 — below 5/10 on that scale
- Aura — presence and vibe that isn't just facial geometry
- Frame — shoulder width, height, bone structure
- GL / MOG — Good Looking, or the act of out-looking someone
- Ascension — the arc of leveling up your looks
- Cope — believing a comforting lie about your face
Use it, don't drown in it
The vocabulary is useful shorthand. It becomes a trap when it replaces the thing itself — chasing a PSL number instead of a plan you can execute.
FAQ
Is PSL the same as attractiveness?
No — it's one calibration from one forum. Modern tools use 0–100 and expose sub-scores.
What's 'aura mogging'?
Winning the frame without winning the face — presence, posture, styling.
