These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AscendMe. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Last updated 2026-07-12.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use AscendMe. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
Upload only photographs of yourself, do not misrepresent your identity, do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service, and do not use AscendMe for unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans (single scan, weekly, monthly, yearly) are processed through our payment partner. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled from your dashboard. Prices may change with prior notice; existing billing cycles are unaffected.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the report has not been delivered. Delivered reports and completed subscription periods are non-refundable, handled case-by-case.
Intellectual property
All AscendMe branding, models, code, and content are owned by AscendMe. You retain ownership of the photos you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service.
No medical advice
AscendMe provides aesthetic guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Consult a licensed clinician before making health decisions.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscendMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AscendMe operates. Disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction's competent courts.
